There's not just one, but TWO talented cooks in our Crumby Kitchen! Abe (aka Mr. Crumby), the mister of the house, has some professional training, but most of his inspiration comes from his own creativity. He learned plenty from the many aunts and grandmothers in his large family, and he's taken their knowledge and put it to good use in his own cooking. He's our resident grillmaster, as well as a pretty damn good mixologist. Many of the recipes found here are traditionally Dominican. You'll also find recipes that he's either created on his own, or had a hand in helping with or cooking!
