Ingredients
8ouncesstrawberrieshulled, finely chopped
8ouncesgrape tomatoesquartered
1jalapeno pepperstem removed, diced (seeds in or out is up to you)
1avocadofinely chopped
½cupfresh cilantrochopped
¼cupred oniondiced
1large limezested and juiced
Pinchsea salt
Instructions
Add the strawberries, tomatoes, jalapeno, avocado, onion and cilantro to a large bowl.
Toss everything with lime zest, juice, and salt, adjusting the seasonings if needed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
