Ingredients
1can refrigerated croissant dough
16ouncesbrie cheese wheel
¼cupalmondsslivered
¼cuppecanschopped
1tablespoonlight brown sugar
½teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 ½tablespoonshoney
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll the croissant dough; press triangles together along perforations to create one large square. Place the brie in the middle of the square.
In a small bowl, combine nuts, honey, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon mixture in a mound on top of the brie.
Carefully wrap brie in croissant dough, sealing the top.
Bake 15-16 minutes, until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm and with fruit and crackers.
