Instructions
In a large pitcher, add all fruit.
Combine rum and simple syrup in a measuring cup and whisk. Pour wine, pomegranate liqueur, and rum-syrup mixture over the fruit in the pitcher and stir to combine, muddling the fruit in the process gently to release the juices and oils from the rinds.
Cover and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. The flavors become more intense as it sits, so the longer you wait, the better it will taste!
When ready to serve, portion out sangria into glasses, and splash ¼-1/3 cup of lemon-lime or club soda in each glass, and top with ice. Enjoy, but drink responsibly - this stuff is STRONG!
