Salty & sweet takes on a whole new meaning when you pair these fun, easy-to-make cone-shaped Bacones (BACON ice cream cones) with your favorite ice cream!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Completely wrap sugar cones in small squares of foil. Lightly spray wrapped cones with cooking spray.
Starting at the open end of the cones, wrap one slice of bacon around tightly, overlapping the edges so the bacon totally covers the cone. Repeat with a second slice of bacon (if necessary,) overlapping the ends to create a continuous strip. Pinch the bottom to a point to seal.
Bake for 20-23 minutes or until bacon is crisped to your liking. Remove from oven and allow to cool 3-5 minutes before carefully removing cones. Let cones cool completely, refrigerating overnight if desired to help with stability. Serve with your favorite ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and enjoy!
