Can’t decide between the chicken or the egg? Have both! These Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs are everything you love about big game appetizers, and so much more!
When it comes to finger foods at any party, I’m a deviled egg freak.
As far as wings go, I can either take them or leave them. They’re too tiny and too sticky and too messy for me to really enjoy 100%. I’ll eat them, and I often do since Abe always orders way too many, but it’s 2 or 3 and I’m good, gristle left on and all.
He, however, would suck the marrow out if the noises weren’t considered rude in a public place.
But these eggs?! Take all the best parts of the wings and your fave deviled eggs and they end up as a delightful little 2-bite snack that will have you hoarding the plate.
This page includes step by step instructions, as well as tips and notes. If you’d like to skip all that, feel free to scroll down to the full, printable recipe card at the bottom of the post.

Great idea to use chicken in this too! I make a buffalo style one (no chicken) that we love. I am pretty sure we would love this one too!

nice, like the idea of a buffer (outside of the hard boiled egg) between your fingers and buffalo sauce, nice clean two bite appetizer, so thank you for this!
