Buckeye Crunch Bars

A simple twist on a favorite candy, these Buckeye Crunch Bars incorporate Nestlé® Crunch® to add a whole new dimension to this chocolate peanut butter bar.

  • 3/4 cup plus 1 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 9-ounce pouches Nestlé® BunchaCrunch® (or 1 cup chopped Crunch® bars)


  1. Line a 9x9 square cake pan with foil and set aside.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, or large mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup melted butter, confectioners sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla. Beat together until the ingredients blend evenly and form a dough-like consistency, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the foil lined pan with your hands.
  4. In a microwaveable bowl (or double boiler), combine BunchaCrunch® and remaining butter. Heat for 30 second intervals, stirring until the chocolate is melted and becomes stirrable (about 1.5-2 minutes.)
  5. Spread over top of peanut butter layer, and allow to set for at least an hour before cutting.
